The wine
The Abruzzo white wine Pecorino Chronicon is produced by the Zaccagnini company and is an aromatic and refreshing wine; to the eye it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the palate it is full and rich, well balanced by excellent freshness and citrus persistence in the finish. It goes perfectly with any fish preparation.
