Zaccagnini Montepulciano d'Abruzzo No SO2
2020Spec sheet
The wine
No SO2, as its name clearly denotes, is made without added sulphites. With all its intriguing joviality, it demonstrates that large numbers and authenticity are not impossible to reconcile. Fresh and pleasant, it is a Montepulciano to be tried comprehensively, over and over again, without a worry in the world. At first glance it looks ruby red in colour with reflections tending towards violet; fruity notes create the aromatic bouquet characterised by deep and intense scents. The flavour is balanced on the palate, fresh and in harmony with the bouquet. It pairs well with earthy first courses and red meat main courses. Excellent with arrosticini.
