The wine
Ysios Blanco is the culmination of the avant-garde vocation of the winery. A wine made from old vine strains grown in the upper parts of the vineyards (known as "cabezadas"), where the plants benefit from poor and shallow soils. Assembly of grapes from different plots grown in Laguardia, Elvillar and Páganos, including plots such as El Nogal, Rojanda, La Pedrera and Huerta Vieja.
