Spec sheet
The wine
Côtes du Rhône 100% is endowed with an optimized harvest by tasting berries daily and systematically analyzing polyphenols to obtain the maximum maturity of tannins without being herbaceous. Winemaking is carried out separately by a pair of grape varieties with similar maturity.
This wine is cherry red, which reveals notes of dried meat and raspberry on its nose, as well as a touch of pepper. The palate offers good acidity with good purity and ends with an excellent finish.
