The wine
The Steiner vineyard in Sopron has been one of the most popular historic vineyards since the 18th century. The vineyard overlooks Lake Neusiedler and benefits from the particular climatic conditions of the lake. The vineyard contains pure slate and is an ideal base for wines with aging potential, this Blaufränkisch presents earthy tones, light notes of truffle and fine red fruits and many dried herbs. In the mouth a lot of finesse, complexity but also the power of very juicy melted tannins, it is above all the spiciness that predominates in the wine. An excellent example that Blaufränkisch is a grape with great potential and belongs to the world class.
