The wine
One of the great Torres whites with German connections, Waltraud is named after the wife of Miguel Torres. It is made from Riesling grapes, a particularly aromatic variety, capable of producing elegant, extremely fruity wines with fine acidity and a subtle, fresh, silky character.
A very pale yellow in colour, the nose is intensely aromatic and elegant. Voluptuous and lengthy on the palate, the wine reveals delicate floral notes, with hints of spice and woody nuances.
