The wine
Intense golden yellow. The scent is broad and complex, intense, aromatic, with a characteristic musky scent, honey and candied fruit. Complex and fruity sip ripe apple and cooked apple. There is no lack of honey and candied fruit notes. Following pressing, the precious must is left to ferment for about 10 days at a temperature of 18-20 ° C. Aging for 12 months on the lees follows.
