The wine
From the historical and authentic name of a Da Vinci estate, this wine derives from the choice of the best Syrah grapes grown in these vineyards. A wine that shows how this grape reaches one of the maximum varietal expressions in the territory of Vinci: fragrance, intensity and spiciness of their pulpy, violet, fruity livery. It ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, then a short contact with the oak for 4/6 months to complement the intense native notes of currant and raspberry, spicy notes of vanilla capable of making its turgid aroma persuasive.
