The wine
The Nerello Mascalese Il Passo produced by the Zabù vineyards is a Sicilian red wine that may surprise you when tasted. Ruby red color, bright, full and intense. The nose expresses intense sensations of red fruit, spices and red flowers. On the palate it is warm, full, soft and balanced, with returns of red fruits; along the finish. Excellent with first courses with sauce, roasts and game, very well with aged cheeses.
