Spec sheet
The wine
It bears the name of the researcher who created it in the thirties, crossing the Rhine Riesling with the Pinot Blanc. It is produced in the vineyards called Cros and Vignali and Rover. The grapes are harvested when they have reached the right aromatic sensation on the palate. The maceration of the grapes lasts about 12 hours; followed by pressing and fermentation in steel. The aging on the lees of yeast lasts until the following summer. Floral, citrus, spicy with Alsatian aromatic notes, wide and round on the palate, completely dry, supported by an important structure that makes it a particularly long-lived wine with a strong vitality. Evolving wine.
