The wine
Vaona Amarone Pegrandi is a full-bodied and intense red, with an impenetrable garnet color. The nose reveals an intense bouquet of red fruit in alcohol (cherry, plum) well blended with noble spicy scents. In the mouth it shows beautiful texture and a decisive and elegant tannicity; balanced and persistent. Perfect in combination with boiled meats, braised meats, roasts, game, saffron risotto and aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
