The wine
The Viognier grape, grown in the lands of Castile-La Mancha, has produced this perfumed white wine with plenty of volume.
A fairly intense, golden-yellow colour and bright in appearance, the nose displays a powerful aroma of stoned fruit on a background of white fruits, well-integrated with the lightly smoky, oak notes. Structured on the palate, with good acidity, the wine is generous, oily-rich and firm.
Fermented on its lees in barrel for 4 months.
