The wine
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 20-25 days; malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques (100% new). Intense ruby red color, hints of plum, cocoa powder, balsamic and spicy fragrances. Great structure with fine and silky tannins.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
