The wine
Travaglini Gattinara Riserva is a wine of great charm and personality, with a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it is complex and intriguing, with perceptions of red fruits, blackberry, plum, licorice and nuances of vanilla, cinnamon and leather. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied, with a fruitiness enlivened by a hint of flavor. Long and persistent taste. Perfect to be enjoyed with robust first courses, roast meats, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
