Tramin Sauvignon Pepi

Tramin's Sauvignon Pepi is a South Tyrolean white wine; at sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its scent is distinctly floral with initial sensations of elderberry and nettle that evolve into light exotic hints of mango and papaya as well as peach and gooseberry. Pepi wonderfully combines two distinct hilly areas, which are located on opposite sides of the same valley: the first regulates intensity and flavor, the second gives a lively freshness and a delicate aroma. Excellent with first courses, with dishes based on fish or lightly spiced white meats and vegetables, it is excellent with dishes based on asparagus.
