Vigneti della Polisena is a very pleasant wine, excellent to drink; it shows a bright straw yellow color with light greenish hues. The aromatic profile is intense and rich with touches of white flowers and refreshing references of white-fleshed fruit. The sip is refreshing and savory. Excellent served as an aperitif, to accompany cold cuts and cheeses that are not too mature and vegetable-based first courses, such as pumpkin tortelli, shrimp and zucchini risotto or shrimp and vegetable tempura.
