The wine
Organic wine made with more than 20 months of ageing. Fermentation is carried out in clay amphorae, which are shaken twice a day. Aged for 15 months in used French oak barrels of medium toast, and then returned to the same amphorae for 5 months. It remains in the bottle for a minimum of 5 more months, a wine with a high and powerful robe, where the colour of old russet predominates. On the nose, ripe fruit and subtle notes of coffee and tobacco. Pleasant on the palate, with personality.
