The wine
Another original white from Terroir al Límit, made with three white varieties originating from three different locations: Pedro Ximénez from El Lloar, Garnacha Blanca from Poboleda and Macabeo from Torroja.
A white which picks up the essence of this land, with its mineral profile and wide array of aromas featuring wild herbs, including rosemary and fennel, olives and laurel. A saline wine and mellow at the same time, perfect for accompanying the region's diverse gastronomy, especially sea and mountain culinary dishes.
