The wine
The white Genius Loci is a Fiano del Sannio, a very pleasant and refreshing wine from Campania, produced by the Terre Stregate winery. At sight it has a brilliant straw yellow color; on the nose it expresses a wide but delicate aromatic bouquet, with hints of wild flowers and white pulp fruit. The sip is satisfying, fresh, drinkable; resumes the floral retronasal sensations. Excellent in combination with sushi, fish first courses, grilled fish and appetizer snacks.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
