The character of Negroamaro, enhanced by the elegance of a touch of Susumaniello, to recreate the ancient wine of Brindisi: Jaddico. The evolution in barrique and bottle allows him to boast the word Riserva.

Intense and bright garnet color. Nose of considerable impact and complexity, crisp and captivating, with fragrant and intact notes reminiscent of cherry in spirit, plum, chocolate and black pepper, well intertwined with aromas of leather, tobacco and cloves.

Juicy and vibrant, it manages to express itself at high levels while maintaining an impeccable pleasantness of drinking, harmonizing the maximum acidity, softness and tannic component. Recommended with first and second courses based on game, black truffle and porcini mushrooms. Tasty cheeses are preferred, especially aged.
