The wine
At first glance, the Soave Fontana has a pale straw yellow color. Fresh floral note of white vine and elderberry flowers, hints of ripe and soft white fruit such as apple and pear, make up a fresh, refined and sparkling perfume. The taste is sweet and quite warm with sustained but well balanced acidity, pleasant almond aftertaste. Ideal as an accompaniment to fish dishes.
