The new challenge for Tenuta Sant'Antonio is called Télos il Bianco, a wine without the addition of sulphites, taking something away to achieve purity and therefore quality and digestibility of the product. Four brothers and a single passion born in their father's vineyards in San Zeno di Colognola ai Colli, in Valpolicella where the most famous Scaligeri wines are produced: Amarone, Valpolicella, Soave.
Télos Bianco is a fresh and delicate wine, pale straw yellow in colour. The bouquet exudes a delicate and enveloping scent of citrus fruits and medicinal herbs such as motherwort, mint, sage and thyme. The taste is fresh, persistent and constantly evolving. Perfect with aperitifs, vegetable or fish appetizers, first courses with herbs, and fish with light sauces.

I only drink it on special occasions , an event of a wine.
The only wine I've ever had that changes in flavour and colour as the air reacts with it , like I said an event

Geschmacksexplosion
Dieser Wein ist für eine Überraschung gut. Erst einschenken und probieren, dann die Flasche schütteln, damit die Kohlensäure entweichen kann und dann nur noch genießen. Der Geschmack sucht seines gleichen.
