The wine
Libenter is a harmonious and seductive wine, of a very dense ruby red color. The nose expresses a remarkable fruity charge of sour cherries and blackberries, integrated with sensations of licorice, undergrowth and spicy traits taken from the woods. On the palate it is full and pervasive, with a beautiful fleshiness of the texture and docile tannins grafted into a solid structure, reinvigorated by the generous alcohol content. On the table, it goes very well with soups, boiled meats and cooked porchetta. The comparison also holds close to stewed game.
