Made from the grapes of old grapevines aged between 45 and 100 years old, in Pesquera de Duero, located at an altitude of more than 950 metres.
Matured for 24 months in French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels.

The De Santiago family goes back to the early 1900s as regards its wine-making roots, and four generations have followed in the footsteps of ancestors who used to make wine for their own use in a wine cellar dug into the rock.
