The wine
Taleia is a white with a very marked personality and makes a definite impression. Its coupage is reminiscent of the Bordeaux, but it originates from the Catalan Pyrenees, at an altitude of over 1,000 metres, and partially ferments in old vats carved into the rock which the monks were using back in the 12th Century.
