The wine
Although mainly Listán Blanco, this wine is also made with different native varieties in small percentages, such as Gual, Marmajuelo, Baboso Blanco, Albillo Criollo, Vijariego Blanco and Verdello.
The Listán grapes come from the estates of La Piñera, at 600 metres above sea level, and El Esquilón, at 450 metres above sea level and facing north. Both have centenary vineyards cultivated with the traditional system of the braided cordon, hence the name of the wine.
