The wine
This target comes in 6 different plots of vineyards in Staete Landt Marlborough region. These plots were harvested separately when they reach maturity, with the intention of imparting various structures and flavors to the wine.
In the first harvests were seeking to preserve the intensity and vibrancy of flavor and the acidity characteristic of the grape. The following seeks to give weight and enhance tropical fruit concentration.
A wine with character that reveals the expertise of a relatively unknown in the world of wine.
