The wine

Pinot Noir is perhaps one of the oldest cultivated vines in wine culture. It is a classic grape of the colder wine-growing regions, it requires a lot of attention and represents a real challenge in the vineyard and in the cellar. To meet the requirements of a reserve, the strains must be at least 10 years old and come from first-rate breeds. IL Pinot Nero Riserva ages for a minimum of two years in the cellar before being marketed. The result is an elegant glass, which does not fear comparison with international Pinot Noir. Ideal with browned beef, feathered game, rabbit or roasted goose. Also very good on hard cheeses.
