The wine
The Lagrein grape is native to South Tyrol and it is precisely here that it is mainly grown. One of its peculiarities is that both red and rosé wines are obtained. The history of Lagrein cultivation in South Tyrol dates back to the 14th century. Today it is counted among the best red wines of the region. This Lagrein features a deep dark red color, a structured body and beautiful spicy aromas. In short, a classy and unique wine that can only be found in South Tyrol. It goes well with savory dishes such as minced lamb, roasts, game dishes and blue cheeses.
