San Michele Appiano Chardonnay St. Valentin
2020Spec sheet
The wine
Sanct Valentin Chardonnay is a fine straw-colored monovarietal with light green reflections. The nose releases warm notes of ripe fruit, exotic fruits and a slight smoky note. The taste is full, soft, engaging and savory. Excellent to combine with a wide variety of dishes: pasta with vegetable sauce, mushroom or seafood risotto, white fish soup, steamed crustaceans, game and mature cheeses.
