The wine
Until the late 1970s, Pinot Bianco was mainly cultivated and vinified with the addition of small percentages of Chardonnay, and the wine was identified simply as Pinot Bianco. It is beautifully juicy, inviting and with a long persistence. Wine to be drunk outdoors on warm summer evenings. It goes beautifully with appetizers such as porcini mushroom carpaccio, light cuisine and "cold pasta".
