Sottimano Maté

Sottimano's Maté shows a ruby red color, an intense, floral aroma, with a clear note of violet and rose. The taste is dry, dry, of medium persistence. Wine obtained from the dry vinification of Brachetto grapes, it accompanies, served at cellar temperature, light appetizers, cold cuts, not too tasty fish and first courses.
