Sottimano Bric del Salto is a wine of great structure and character, which exhibits the classicism of the grape already from its color, an intense and brilliant ruby red. The nose expresses an intense and persistent fruity soul, combined with an elegant spicy note typical of the terroir. On the palate it is rich and decisive, driven by adequate freshness and supported by soft tannins. On the table it happily accompanies cold cuts, roasts, white meats and soft or semi-hard cheeses.
