The wine
The Dolcetto d'Alba Superiore Feyles produced by the Sorelle De Nicola winery is a pure and pure wine in its essence. Of a beautiful intense red color with nuances that turn to violet, on the olfactory examination it expresses persuasive notes of red fruit, cherry and violet and hints of undergrowth and leather. The sip is intense and persistent, with a taste of dried herbs, blackberry, bitter almond and carob. It goes well with everything, especially poultry and game, roast meats.

The winery
Sorelle De Nicola
The winery was founded in 1964 by Maria Feyles and Antonio de Nicola, her son-in-law. They first invested in the purchase of the Montesommo vineyard, a parcel of land in the village of Neive, in the heart of Barbaresco production area. Other parcels have been progressively acquired in the Langhe hills, and the company now owns more than 7ha of vineyards.
