The wine
Erema is the youngest red wine in the cellar. Its characteristics of vivacity on the palate and fragrant aromas make it ready from the first months of the year following the harvest. A blend of red grapes that stands out for its pleasantness to drink and for easy combinations.
Ruby red tending to violet, the nose is fine and intense, with delicate notes of small undergrowth fruits, cherries and Mediterranean scrub. Elegant and fresh, on the palate it is rich in fruit and good persistence. The soft and long tannins make it extremely pleasant and complete. It goes very well with traditional pasta with sauce, tasty fish soups, stewed lamb, medium-aged pecorino.
