The wine
Anemone is a rosé wine, shows itself at the sight of pale pink color; the nose is rich and varied, composed of primary varietal and secondary fermentative aromas, which make up an exuberant bouquet. The violet is the main floral note and the peach the fruity one. The sip is elegant and at the same time lively, casual, highly drinkable. Perfect as an aperitif and in combination with shellfish.
