The wine
This Dolcetto d'Alba has a ruby red color; the nose expresses notes of red fruits, cherries and black cherries and floral hints. The sip is robust and austere, with good tannins. The finish is accompanied by typical almond notes. A whole meal wine as tradition dictates.
