The wine
The Barolo Cerretta of the Schiavenza winery has a full and bright garnet red color; the nose expresses intense notes of red fruits, spicy tones, mineral nuances and licorice. In the mouth the sip is very clean, the tannin attacks and then merges with the fruit notes. Excellent in combination with roasted or grilled meat, braised or game. Also perfect in combination with aged cheeses.
