The wine
Santero 958 Calavera is an extra dry sparkling wine, at the sight it is straw yellow in color with fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses pleasant floral notes that entice the sip; it is fresh and persistent on the palate. Excellent in combination with a good sushi and in general with fish dishes. Also good with white meats.
