The wine

Santa Digna was the name given to boundary crosses marking out the land. These crosses were used for delimiting territories and symbolised good fortune and protection for people who were departing to other places.

A Carmenère coupage with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, which confers structure and endows it with greater longevity.

Aged in French oak barrels.
