Santa Barbara Verdicchio di Jesi Back to Basics

The Verdicchio Back to Basics of Santa Barbara comes from the natural processing of organic Verdicchio grapes. Upon visual examination it appears opalescent due to the non-filtration of the natural residues of the wine. The nose is pungent and mineral characterized by a fermentative note. On the palate it is savory and full-bodied with a final note of citrus. Excellent to accompany fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
