The wine
Sant'Orsola Prosecco Eleonora Collection is a sparkling wine that can be drunk, very inviting and persuasive; at sight it has a straw yellow color embellished with an elegant perlage. The nose is intense and characterized by notes of white fruit. It excellently enhances all dishes, especially those based on fish, delicate first courses and cheeses. Excellent as the soul of the aperitif.
