The wine
Cinquanta Collection is an intense and expressive wine, ruby red in color with purple reflections. The nose expresses a large and complex bouquet in which fruity notes referable to plum and jam stand out and spicy tertiary hints that recall vanilla and licorice. Intense palate, with great structure and softness; long ending. Perfect paired with red meats, game, robust first courses. Excellent meditation wine.
