The wine
From Montepulciano grapes in contact with the skins for a couple of hours, vinified and aged in steel. Snack wine, from a tavern, where people went to play cards with their grandfather (label dedicated to him). To drink cheerful but not at all trivial, good acidity but not excessive, there is also the substance to accompany a whole meal.
