The wine
Vinified with the “Tuscan Government” method from 100% Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile grapes in slight over-ripening from drying, it ages for 24 months in large and small barrels, and then aged for at least 12 months in glass. This wine offers subtle aromas of ripe red fruit, as well as wood spice and balsamic hints of eucalyptus. In the mouth a structured palate, fine-grained tannins accompanied by hints of cherry, licorice, tobacco with a hint of menthol.
