The wine
Sa Raja Rosato was born in Gallura, the region north of Sardinia. This fine and elegant rosé expresses the character of granite soils. At sight it has a pale pink color with a scent that contains delicate hints of yellow fruit, red berries and sweet spices. The sip in the mouth appears fresh and balanced, with and notes of hawthorn, grapefruit and pomegranate. Excellent as an aperitif, in combination with snacks, appetizers and raw fish.
