Ruggeri Valdobbiadene Extradry Giustino B.
2021Spec sheet
The wine
Undisputed excellence of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, awarded several times by international critics, Giustino B. is at the glass of a beautiful bright straw with greenish reflections. Pear, peach, elderflower, mango follow one another in an incredible olfactory amplitude, which is completed with an intriguing mineral note and a rich texture of aromatic herbs, from sage to fennel. Well structured for the type, the sip is fresh, satisfying, citrusy, but also soft, silky, enveloping, with a mineral finish that never tires.
