The wine
Rosi Anisos is a white wine of great originality, of an elegant golden yellow color. The olfactory profile recalls nectarine peaches, saffron and vanilla notes with a light smoke. A white wine of substance, body and structure, with an explosive, juicy and ample finish. Excellent to accompany a creamy burrata with roasted San Marzano tomatoes seasoned with olive oil and lemon emulsion.
