The wine
Intense and compact ruby red, the Rocca is the top of the range of the Frassinello estate in Maremma. The aroma is jammy, with notes of red and pink fruits. However, there are also hints of aromatic herbs, iodine, soil, undergrowth. Op ulent but also tannic, warm and robust, Rocca is a wine that amazes for its richness and softness, and for its fruity and toasted persistence.

The winery
Rocca di Frassinello
The Castellare Chianti area know-how applied to the immense Maremma terroir. A partnership with the Domaines Barons de Rothschild of Château Lafite for the winemaking management of the Bordeaux vineyards. A wonderful modern cellar designed by Renzo Piano. What more can you want in a glass of wine?
