Rocca delle Macìe Chianti Cl. Ris. Sergioveto
2016Spec sheet
The wine
The Chianti Classico Riserva Sergioveto produced by the Tuscan company Rocca delle Macìe shows a very intense ruby red color tending to garnet with aging. The nose is intense and persistent, with hints of small red fruits and jam. Present the spiciness of the wood that gives sweet notes to the bouquet. The sip is characterized by a great structure, balanced and with good aromatic persistence. This wine has great aging potential, it goes well with elaborate sauces, important dishes of red meats and game, as well as aged cheeses.
